<li data-section-id="bzc9pq" data-start="881" data-end="946">Perform preventative maintenance on residential HVAC equipment.</li>
<li data-section-id="xl3j2u" data-start="947" data-end="1023">Safely use hand and power tools while following company safety procedures.</li>
<li data-section-id="1ozl57p" data-start="1024" data-end="1083">Provide outstanding customer service in customers' homes.</li>
