<h2>What You’ll Do</h2>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain commercial heating and cooling systems.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Work on packaged rooftop units, split systems, chillers, heat pumps, boilers, and related commercial equipment.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, system testing, and operational evaluations.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, airflow, hydronic, and control-system issues.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Clearly explain findings, recommended repairs, and next steps to customers.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Obtain customer authorization before performing additional work.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Collect payment on-site when appropriate.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Open and close jobs accurately within the electronic scheduling system.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Document arrival times, work performed, job completion, follow-up needs, and detailed service summaries.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Communicate parts, equipment, scheduling, and return-trip needs promptly to the office.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Maintain clean, organized, and professional vehicles and jobsites.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Take responsibility for assigned trucks, diagnostic tools, equipment, uniforms, and inventory.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Train apprentices in the field and lead by example through safe, professional work practices.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Attend required technical training, team meetings, and company meetings.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Protect company and customer information and maintain appropriate confidentiality.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Build positive working relationships with customers, coworkers, apprentices, and leadership.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Receive and implement coaching and feedback professionally.</p>
</li>
</ul>
<h2>What We’re Looking For</h2>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Previous commercial HVAC service, maintenance, and repair experience.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Experience with packaged rooftop units, split systems, chillers, heat pumps, boilers, and related commercial systems.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Knowledge of refrigeration, electrical, airflow, hydronic, combustion, and control systems.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Ability to independently manage service calls from diagnosis through completion.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Ability to read wiring diagrams, equipment specifications, and technical documentation.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Strong communication and customer service skills.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Professional appearance and demeanor.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Ability to provide clear, complete, and timely service documentation.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Willingness and ability to train apprentices and less-experienced technicians.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Strong judgment, self-control, and respect for customer and company confidentiality.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Ability to accept and apply constructive feedback.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Comfortable using tablets, mobile applications, and electronic scheduling systems.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>EPA Universal Certification required.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Applicable HVAC trade license preferred.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Ability to perform physical work on rooftops, in mechanical rooms, and in indoor and outdoor conditions.</p>
</li>
