Here’s What We’re Looking For
As a successful candidate, you will have experience working within cost management in one or more of our key sectors. We're looking for individuals who can bring strong technical knowledge, commercial awareness, and a collaborative mindset.
Qualifications & Experience:

• A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline (or equivalent)

• Chartered status with MRICS (or equivalent), or actively working towards accreditation

• Demonstrated experience in cost management within sectors such as healthcare, commercial, data centres, infrastructure, or education

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team on high-profile projects
