• Create and maintain Salesforce campaigns and campaign-member statuses, and validate that Marketo activity is synchronized and tracked correctly.
• Monitor lead firing and campaign flows, troubleshoot operational issues, and coordinate resolution with Revenue Operations, Salesforce administrators, and GTM Engineering.
• Administer day-to-day Marketo needs, including users, roles, workspaces, programs, templates, operational workflows, and data-quality processes.
• Monitor and support integrations with Salesforce, event, webinar, advertising, consent, and other marketing technology platforms; escalate architecture or system-level changes to the appropriate owner.
• Support campaign reporting and maintain naming conventions, documentation, templates, QA checklists, and operating procedures while identifying opportunities to improve execution.
Skills and Experience

• Strong working knowledge of Marketo programs, Smart Campaigns, Smart Lists, segmentation, tokens, templates, nurture programs, and database management.
• Experience with Salesforce campaigns, campaign-member management, field synchronization, lead flows, and Marketo-Salesforce troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS; experience using Email on Acid for email rendering and quality assurance preferred.
• Current or recent Adobe Marketo certification and experience supporting B2B SaaS, global, or multi-region programs preferred.
• Working knowledge of data-retention practices and privacy requirements, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA, and CASL.
