Job description
Celonis is the trusted platform to industrialize Enterprise AI. At our core is the Celonis Context Model — which combines process data, business knowledge, and intelligence into a living digital twin of the enterprise that AI can actually understand, turning AI's operational blind spots into operational clarity. World's leading companies trust Celonis and its global ecosystem of partners to make their AI agents, people, systems, and processes work together, achieving transformational outcomes. We believe there's a massive opportunity to unlock global productivity and sustainability by giving AI the context to understand how every business process really works. Join our mission to make processes work for people, companies, and the planet.
The Team:
Product marketing at Celonis is strategic, scrappy, and tight-knit. We value leading with empathy in our interactions, working closely with each other and other teams (often deliberately delivering projects as mini teams or co-leads of two), giving back together, and making things as simple as possible. Each product marketer is the CMO of their product domain and focused on four pillars:
• Defining and executing product positioning, messaging, and launches
• Enabling and supporting the go-to-market and marketing teams
• Informing product strategy
• Driving product adoption and success.
The Role:
We’re looking for someone who loves technology and products, and knows how to turn complex ideas into clear, compelling stories. You’ll own our CIO narrative and offering, while also working with Corporate Development & Partnerships on strategic technology partners including OpenAI, Microsoft, and Oracle.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Marketing for Platform, you’ll work closely with Product, Customer Transformation, Sales, Presales, Marketing, and our partners to shape positioning, joint value propositions, and go-to-market strategy.
The work you’ll do:
• Product Positioning
• Create product positioning and messaging for global scalability, differentiating our product within the market.
• Craft compelling pitch decks, demos, keynotes, and event sessions tailored to the target audience.
• Be the go-to expert on how our product showcases the capabilities of the Celonis platform.
• Market Mastery
• Utilize sales engagement, market research, and competitive intelligence to dominate the product area market.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute effective go-to-market strategies.
• Inform Product Strategy
• Partner with the product management team to strategize and launch new products, ensuring ongoing adoption.
• Develop a deep understanding of buyer behaviors, criteria, and influencers to inform product strategies
• Product Adoption and Success
• Understand the product's value proposition and competition, coaching teams on outmaneuvering rivals.
• Work closely with the demand generation team to develop impactful campaigns driving pipeline growth.
• Collaborate with the content marketing team to produce compelling materials such as solution briefs, white papers, blogs, videos, and third-party articles.
• Establish thought leadership by participating in events, social media, press, and industry analyst engagements.
The qualifications you need:
• 8+ years of experience across software product management, presales, consulting, product marketing, or a related field
• Strong expertise in data, AI, automation, or enterprise technology
• Track record of launching products, partnerships, or joint solutions with strategic technology partners
• Comfortable with technical concepts and engaging CIOs and other senior IT and business leaders on their priorities
• Strong presenter, with experience at customer engagements, executive briefings, and industry events
• Highly analytical, with an ability to connect technical capabilities to customer and market needs
• Proactive and comfortable owning multiple workstreams end to end
• Collaborative and adaptable, with the ability to give and receive feedback and change direction quickly
• Bias for action, with a consistent track record of delivering measurable results
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience; technical or quantitative background is a plus.
