• Program-manage migrations to new tools, including capacity planning and forecasting

• Build processes from scratch where needed

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience as a CRM operator, building and launching campaigns in a CRM platform

• Technical expertise in a CRM platform (Braze, Salesforce, Iterable, etc.)

• Experience creating documentation and training or enablement materials for internal teams

• Program management skills, including supporting migrations to new tools

• Ability to partner with Product and Engineering teams

Nice to Have

• Experience writing internal documentation, training materials, or adoption playbooks

• Experience with capacity planning and forecasting

• Experience within a product or product marketing org; understands basic product GTM and interest in understanding a product roadmap.
