Job responsibilities

• Act as the marketing SME and strategic partner to Data & AI leadership - continuously synthesising market trends, competitive intelligence, client evidence, technology shifts and internal expertise to identify opportunities, sharpen differentiation and shape propositions, points of view and GTM priorities.

• Collaborate with the Content team to shape the portfolio's content and thought-leadership agenda, including building and evolving a messaging-map for topic recommendations, market insights, points-of-view and collaboration with SMEs.

• Support cross-service line portfolio positioning and messages (inputs into to corporate positioning & business thematics)

• Own Data & AI website positioning and content, connecting buyer problems, propositions, client proof and clear next steps to relevant GTM motions. Work with the Web team to keep the portfolio presence current, differentiated and effective.

• Create strong initial messaging, campaign briefs and reusable sales and field enablement for priority propositions, working with Content and other specialists to refine and deliver assets.

• Develop engagement and conversion offers with Data & AI leaders, Sales and campaign strategists, such as assessments, workshops or demonstrations, that help buyers understand the opportunity and progress towards a commercial conversation.

• Jointly shape priority GTM motions with campaign strategists. Own the Data & AI proposition, buyer insight, messaging, proof and commercial priorities; campaign strategists lead campaign strategy, audience journeys, activation and optimisation. Mobilise Global Campaigns, Field, Partner Marketing, Analyst Relations, PR and Content around agreed briefs, responsibilities and measures.

• Use approved AI tools for research, creation, adaptation and analysis, validating accuracy, evidence, brand fit and commercial relevance.

• Set day-to-day priorities for the Data & AI GTM Associate Marketer, provide clear briefs, coaching and quality review, and progressively delegate ownership of defined workstreams.

• Use Sales feedback, buyer responses, offer uptake and performance evidence to refine propositions and GTM priorities, working with campaign and analytics teams to assess contribution to qualified opportunities and sales progression.
