Job description
Job Description
As an Account Manager within ASOS Fulfilment Services (AFS), you'll manage day-to-day relationships, trading performance and operational delivery across a portfolio of Partner Brands. AFS enables brands to store stock within ASOS fulfilment centres, with ASOS managing customer fulfilment, helping to expand product choice, improve availability and support a best-in-class customer experience.
As the primary contact for your partners, you'll turn sales, stock, intake, returns and fulfilment data into actionable insights to drive commercial performance and operational efficiency. Working cross-functionally with Digital Trade, Global Merchandise Planning, Supply Chain, Logistics, Studios, Finance, Technology and Commercial Operations, you'll support strategic growth plans while independently owning weekly trading, forecasting and operational delivery.
The Details
• Manage day-to-day relationships across a portfolio of Partner Brands, balancing partner objectives with ASOS's commercial, customer and operational priorities. Lead weekly trading and operational meetings, presenting insights, agreeing actions and ensuring accountability.
• Resolve partner queries and issues, escalating significant risks with evidence-based recommendations, while supporting the Key Account Manager with Joint Business Plans and strategic growth plans and tracking progress against agreed objectives and KPIs.
• Own weekly performance across sales, net sales, stock, options, availability, conversion, returns, rate of sale, stock cover and forecasts, analysing dashboards and product-level data to identify trends, risks and growth opportunities and turn insight into clear actions.
• Work with partners to improve assortment productivity, newness, availability, replenishment, size depth, option efficiency and customer choice, while addressing excess and underperforming stock through visibility, promotions, markdowns, stock rebalancing and Return to Supplier (RTS).
• Own accurate sales, stock, intake and RTS forecasts for assigned accounts, contributing to WSSI, budgets, reforecasts and monthly planning.
• Review and challenge partner forecasts against demand, stock cover, warehouse capacity and commercial targets, communicating performance, variances, risks and opportunities to Merchandise Planning and recommending appropriate actions.
• Oversee account operations across the full stock lifecycle, from inbound delivery and receipting through to availability, returns and stock exit.
• Coordinate with partners, Intake Planning, fulfilment centres and Supply Chain to maintain accurate intake forecasts and support capacity planning, while monitoring inbound performance and resolving delivery, receipting, discrepancy, query-stock and stock-accuracy issues.
• Manage RTS end to end, from commercial agreement and accurate stock lists through to warehouse execution, collection, reconciliation and closure, maintaining accurate records of forecasts, decisions, actions and operational status to support account management and warehouse execution.
• Supporting our culture by championing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies.
We believe being together in person helps us move faster, connect more deeply, and achieve more as a team. That's why our approach to working together includes spending at least three days a week in the office. It's a rhythm that speeds up decision-making, helps ASOSers learn from each other more quickly, and builds the kind of culture where people can grow, create, and succeed.
Qualifications
