Job description

WHAT IS BOX?

Box (NYSE:BOX) is the leader in Intelligent Content Management. Our platform enables organizations to fuel collaboration, manage the entire content lifecycle, secure critical content, and transform business workflows with enterprise AI. We help companies thrive in the new AI-first era of business. Founded in 2005, Box simplifies work for leading global organizations, including JLL, Morgan Stanley, and Nationwide. Box is headquartered in Redwood City, CA, with offices across the United States, Europe, and Asia.

By joining Box, you will have the unique opportunity to continue driving our platform forward. Content powers how we work. It’s the billions of files and information flowing across teams, departments, and key business processes every single day: contracts, invoices, employee records, financials, product specs, marketing assets, and more. Our mission is to bring intelligence to the world of content management and empower our customers to completely transform workflows across their organizations. With the combination of AI and enterprise content, the opportunity has never been greater to transform how the world works together and at Box you will be on the front lines of this massive shift.

WHY BOX NEEDS YOU

Box is powering the next generation of enterprise work by putting intelligence at the center of content. As our customers navigate rapid digital innovation, with the rise of Artificial Intelligence, their challenges demand more than standard cloud advisory - they require forward-deployed technical partners who can turn ambitious business vision into secure, production-grade solutions. We are looking for Technical Consultants who operate at the intersection of business strategy, technical acumen, and applied AI. In this role, you will bridge the gap between high-level business requirements and technical execution - architecting intelligent workflows, and deploying cutting-edge solutions that extend Box’s native capabilities alongside our enterprise customers. As an AI-first builder who leverages modern AI tooling to accelerate your own engineering velocity, you will bring deep technical domain expertise and rapid-prototyping agility to solve our customers' most critical and complex challenges.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

•
Translate Business Requirements to Solutions: Partner directly with enterprise clients as a trusted technical advisor to translate complex business requirements into scalable solutions, actionable technical roadmaps, and robust API integration strategies.

•
Build Custom & AI Solutions: Design, develop, and deploy production-grade custom technical solutions and integrations that extend Box’s native capabilities and unlock advanced AI workflows.

•
Implement Core Box Solutions: Guide customers through rapid implementation of core Box platform capabilities, including technical configurations and content migrations

•
Lead Discovery & Architecture: Lead technical discovery sessions and architectural reviews across executive, business, and engineering stakeholders to align business strategy with technical execution.

•
Accelerate Velocity with AI: Leverage modern developer AI tools and automated workflows to increase delivery velocity, elevate code quality, and produce high-impact consulting artifacts.

•
Drive Cross-Functional Impact: Collaborate cross-functionally with Box Product, GTM, and Sales teams to advocate for customer needs, influence product evolution, and deliver a seamless end-to-end client experience.

You are a technologist and builder at heart who harnesses the transformative power of AI and emerging technologies to solve mission-critical enterprise challenges. You thrive as a trusted technical advisor and change agent, energized by bridging business vision and technical execution.
