Responsibilities

• You will design component-level architectures and data models that are highly scalable, fault-tolerant, and easily maintainable by the broader team.

• You are expected to raise the bar for code quality and engineering excellence through rigorous code reviews, comprehensive technical design documents, and proactive technical debt reduction.

• You will utilize AI tools throughout the SDLC to boost design, coding, and review productivity, and contribute to shared skills and best practices for the overall team

• You will work with product managers and dependent engineering teams to negotiate technical trade-offs, define service boundaries, and ensure on-time delivery.

• You will learn to balance tactical day-to-day execution with long-term technical debt management and strategic component roadmapping.
