Deliver Strategic Commercial Guidance: Partner with clients to align Kpler intelligence with their multi-year planning, demand forecasting, and operational workflows.
•
Lead Contract Negotiations: Commercialize and negotiate renewals and expansion agreements, ensuring profitable terms and complete compliance with company policies.
•
Capture Market & Competitor Insights: Gather direct feedback from client interactions to inform product development, business unit initiatives, and competitive positioning.
•
Maintain Pipeline & CRM Accuracy: Manage sales activity and account health within Salesforce, providing predictable pipeline forecasts in close collaboration with Sales Operations.
•
Foster Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure seamless client delivery and contribute to broader corporate initiatives.

•
Professional fluency in both English and Arabic, with strong written and verbal communication skills tailored for regional client relationship management and negotiations.
•
Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales expansion targets through structured account planning and proactive opportunity generation.
•
