As a department of top-tier HR, legal, and labor experts, we proactively identify enterprise-wide compliance risks, design proactive risk-mitigation frameworks, and spearhead transformational initiatives. Lead the strategy for enterprise-wide HR risk assessments, utilizing advanced data analytics and predictive methodologies to detect compliance anomalies in working hours, compensation, foreign labor management, and employee relations. Oversee the deployment of scalable data solutions to continuously monitor and remediate systematic compliance gaps.
3. Global & Foreign Workforce Compliance Architecture
Formulate, implement, and audit governance controls regarding global mobility, cross-border workforce, and foreign workers (including visa/residency statuses, labor quota, and anti-discrimination mandates), ensuring full compliance with national security, immigration, and labor standards laws.
4. Department Leadership & Talent Capability Building
Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing team of HR compliance experts. Set strategic goals, optimize team operational efficiency, and champion a culture of continuous learning and proactive compliance awareness across all business units.

• Deep expertise in local Labor Standards Act, Union Law, and Occupational Safety and Health regulations.
• Demonstrated executive presence with exceptional stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and change management capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
• Licensed Attorney (Bar qualification) or certified Human Resources/Labor Relations Professional.
