Job description

Job Description
The Role
The Regional Revenue Marketing Manager owns the marketing contribution to revenue for a region. The role is the senior business partner to regional Sales leadership, accountable for regional pipeline coverage, MQL-to-SAL conversion, and revenue contribution as a shared outcome with Sales.
The Regional Manager does not write the BU-level plans. Instead, the Regional Manager aggregates BU plans into a coherent regional view, arbitrates capacity and priorities when conflicts arise, defends regional needs in head-to-head conversations with Content and Growth leadership, and represents the region in global rituals.
The role combines three dimensions: business partnering with Sales leadership, performance management of the region, and people management of the Campaign Planners themselves - coaching them, raising their level of business partnering with BU leaders, and growing the team's overall maturity.

Responsibilities
Regional Performance Ownership

• Own regional pipeline generated, pipeline coverage, MOL-to-SAL conversion, and revenue contribution as a shared outcome with Sales.

• Aggregate the Campaign Planners' monthly plans into a coherent regional view; identify gaps, duplications, and capacity conflicts.

• Arbitrate between Campaign Planners when shared resources (Content, Growth) are constrained; escalate to the Head, Global Revenue Marketing when arbitration cannot be resolved regionally.
Senior Business Partnering

• Act as the senior marketing counterpart to regional Sales leadership.

• Partner with regional Sales leadership on segments, ICPs, account priorities, offerings, expected marketing contribution, and quarterly business reviews.

• Represent marketing in regional commercial governance and ensure marketing priorities reflect the regional commercial strategy.
Team Management and Coaching

• Manage, coach, and grow the team of Campaign Planners assigned to the region.

• Raise the level of business partnering between each Campaign Planner and their BU leader.

• Recruit, onboard, and develop Campaign Planners in line with the global capability framework.
Budget and Partner Management

• Manage the regional Revenue Marketing budget; allocate across BUs and Campaign Planners based on commercial priorities and expected return.

• Manage partner-related marketing budgets and co-funded programs (MDF, BDF, COOP); ensure partner investments align with regional sales priorities.

• Pilot partnership relationships at the regional level, supported by Campaign Planner input on BU-specific needs.
Model Adoption

• Apply the global Revenue Marketing operating model in-region - planning cadence, KPI framework, governance rituals - while feeding insights and adaptation needs back to the Head, Global Revenue Marketing.

• Represent the region in global rituals with Content & Brand and Growth leadership.
KPIS

• Regional pipeline coverage vs target (shared outcome with Sales).

• Regional MQL-to-SAL conversion.

• Planner team performance and business-partnering maturity (assessed against the global capability framework).
Competitive salary plus bonus and excellent benefits package.

Qualifications
Requirements

• 8 to 10 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or revenue marketing leadership roles.

• Demonstrated experience managing and coaching marketing teams in a planning-and-orchestration model.

• Senior business partnering presence - credible counterpart to a regional CCO or Sales leadership.

• Strong capabilities in GTM planning, segmentation, positioning, and field activation orchestration.

• Data-driven mindset- able to read and challenge pipeline, conversion, and revenue contribution.

• Ability to arbitrate, prioritize, and escalate with discipline in a multi-BU, multi-team context.
Upon employment, employees should also have a sound awareness of the Company's Information, Quality, Environmental and Energy Management Systems.
