Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Chef to join our team in Monkton. As Chef, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals to company standards whilst maintaining the highest levels of food hygiene and kitchen organisation.
Actual contracted hours per week: 25
Working Days and Shift Pattern : Mon-Fri 13:00-18:00
Standard benefits plus parking onsite.
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare fresh ingredients and food to company standards, ensuring consistency and quality across all dishes

• Assist with daily food preparation, including mise en place, cooking, and plating

• Manage stock rotation and maintain accurate inventory records to minimise waste

• Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic kitchen environment in compliance with food safety regulations

• Oversee kitchen operations and contribute to a positive, efficient working atmosphere

• Ensure all food preparation meets health and safety standards at all times

Qualifications
• Previous kitchen or food preparation experience

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Good attention to detail and food hygiene knowledge.
