• Collaborate with managers and stakeholders to understand workforce challenges, organisational requirements and future capability needs, developing and implementing effective people plans to address these.
• Lead the delivery of people initiatives across the full employee lifecycle, including workforce planning, organisational design, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, talent development, succession planning, engagement and retention.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on complex employee relations matters ensuring commercially balanced and legally compliant outcomes.
• Coach, challenge and support managers to develop their people management capability, driving accountability, consistency and best practice across all aspects of people management.

• Lead and support business change projects, including restructures, TUPE transfers, organisational design, cultural initiatives and diversity, equity and inclusion programmes.
• Take ownership for delivering outcomes, proactively managing competing demands and responding effectively to changing business priorities.
• Anticipate emerging people issues and organisational trends, ensuring managers are equipped to respond effectively and that appropriate interventions are implemented at the right time.
