Anduril's ArsenalOS team builds the digital infrastructure that powers how Anduril designs, sources, manufactures, delivers, and sustains hardware at scale. We are not a traditional internal IT organization. We build, buy, customize, integrate, and operate the systems that make Anduril's physical operations faster, more reliable, and more scalable.

ABOUT THE JOB:

We are seeking a highly skilled Design to Build (DTB) Product Manager with deep Oracle manufacturing experience to join the ArsenalOS team. You will be responsible for orchestrating the many cross-functional, cross-system core processes that are necessary for scaled manufacturing that flow through Anduril’s ERP. You will collaborate with stakeholder teams spanning engineering, supply chain, operations, manufacturing, accounting, finance, and more to understand the business needs, design solutions, and ensure our digital tools are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Maximize the value Anduril captures from its ERP on all things Design-to-Build related by addressing shortcomings, extending functionality, and engineering workarounds minimizing Oracle Fusion tech debt within the DTB roadmap

• Partner with internal/external customers to provide guidance on Oracle Fusion capabilities and collaborate with architects to design or remediate ERP solutions as needed to meet dynamically changing business needs

• Empower Design to Build processes (PLM Integration, BoMs, Routings, STD Costing, Inventory Mgmt and DTB reporting) across the enterprise

• Uplevel the understanding of our ERP’s capabilities across other parts of ArsenalOS and work with teams responsible for the PLM, MRP planning tool suite, MES, WMS, etc. to improve functionality of their tools

• Work with other product managers owning other core workstreams (Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, etc.) to address their needs from Design to Build and deliver low tech debt cross functional capabilities

• Deploy Configurable integrations between tools like our PLM, and MES platforms to create a seamless digital thread with support from ArsenalOS engineers

• Enable automation and AI with the digital thread established by ArsenalOS engineers. Drive adoption of new tools that allow downstream teams to

• Develop metrics and feedback loops that measure engineering throughput, time spent on each process, simulation coverage, and build readiness.

• Drive user adoption and change management for new pre-ops digital capabilities, enabling engineers to focus on solving physical problems — not fighting software.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 6+ years of experience experience in designing, developing, and implementing ERP systems and their integrations in complex environments

• Expertise in the interplay of engineering and manufacturing processes between PLM, MES and ERP, with hands on experience leading development of capabilities in Oracle

• Product Oriented, Outcome Driven - Above all else, you care about the business winning, not how well built a system or integration is.

• First Principles Thinking - You approach problems and develop solutions not based on what a vendor recommends or because it’s how you did things at their last job, but from a deep appreciation of what is best for the company.

• Excellent business and technical communication skills, both written and oral, and the ability to convey messages in a persuasive manner and at the appropriate level of detail.

• U.S. Person status is required as this position needs to access export-controlled data.

• Ability to be in-office full time and willingness to travel up to 25-50% to visit other sites.

US Salary Range
$166,000—$220,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
