About Kambi
Kambi Group plc is a leading B2B provider of premium sports betting services to licensed gaming operators. Our services provide an end-to-end solution for operators wanting to launch a standalone Sportsbook or bolster their existing offering with an innovative sports betting product. From front-end user interface to customer intelligence, risk management and odds compiling, all built on our in-house developed software, we strive to deliver the ultimate service and solution to our partners.
Our vision is to create the world’s leading sports betting experiences, together with our partners.
Shape how Reward works across a global business.
This is an opportunity to take real ownership of Kambi’s Reward agenda, from salary structures and benchmarking to incentives and global benefits. You’ll have the scope to challenge what we do today, use data and market insight to identify where we can improve, and turn those ideas into practical solutions for our people and the business.
You’ll join a collaborative, supportive global People team where you’ll have plenty of autonomy and visibility. This is a hands-on individual contributor role, so rather than managing a team, you’ll own Reward processes and initiatives from analysis and recommendation through to implementation and communication.
We work in a hybrid model, with three days per week in the office.
About the team
You’ll be part of Kambi’s global People team, working alongside approximately 20 People professionals around the world.
You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues across the People function and the wider business to make sure our approach to Reward is competitive, consistent and practical. You’ll also build productive relationships with benefits providers, brokers and other external partners.
This is a great opportunity if you enjoy combining strategic thinking with getting into the detail. You’ll have the freedom to identify opportunities, make evidence-based recommendations and help us continuously improve the Reward experience for employees and managers.
What you’ll do
You’ll take ownership across a broad Reward portfolio, including:
• Shape our salary structures: Review and develop salary bands and pay structures, creating clear and consistent frameworks that support compensation decisions and pay transparency.
• Evolve our global benefits: Assess benefits across our locations and identify opportunities to improve consistency, employee value and effectiveness.
• Strengthen our external partnerships: Build effective relationships with benefits providers and brokers, supporting negotiations, renewals and reviews to deliver strong service and value.
• Improve incentive programmes: Review commission, bonus and incentive plans and recommend changes that work for both the business and the employees they cover.
• Develop our Reward foundations: Support the evolution of job architecture, levelling and salary structures in partnership with the wider People team.
• Deliver key Reward cycles: Help run annual Reward activities with accurate data, clear communication and well-organised processes.
• Turn data into decisions: Use internal compensation data, external benchmarking and market insight to identify trends and make practical recommendations to stakeholders.
• Make Reward simpler: Improve processes, policies and communications so that employees and managers can understand Reward programmes and have a more consistent experience across our global locations.
What you’ll bring
We’re looking for someone who combines strong Reward expertise with the confidence to take ownership and make things happen.
You’ll bring:
• Strong experience in Reward, Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards within an international organisation.
• Excellent knowledge of salary benchmarking, salary bands and compensation structures.
• Experience reviewing or developing commission, bonus or other incentive arrangements.
• Strong experience working with employee benefits across multiple countries or regions.
• Confidence partnering with benefits providers, brokers and external partners, including supporting commercial discussions and renewals.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret compensation data and translate your findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
• The ability to independently take projects from initial analysis through to recommendation, implementation and communication.
• Strong stakeholder skills and the ability to make complex Reward topics clear and accessible to different audiences.
Most importantly, you’ll bring a collaborative, pragmatic approach. You’ll enjoy working alongside People colleagues and business stakeholders while being comfortable taking ownership of your specialist area.
Why join Kambi?
You’ll become part of a fun, supportive and collaborative working environment, with an opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to how Reward operates across a global business.
