Who are we looking for?

We are seeking an experienced Journey-Level Welder with a strong background in structural, pipe, and fabrication welding across multiple processes. If you have 10 or more years of hands-on welding experience, produce clean and structurally sound welds, and take pride in precision shop work, this role is for you.

What you get to do!

• Perform structural, pipe, and fabrication welding using MIG, TIG, FCAW, and SMAW processes on custom industrial machines, process skids, and structural assemblies

• Work from engineer-issued blueprints, weld symbols, fabrication drawings, and job specifications to deliver precise, high-quality results

• Perform layout, fit-up, and tack welding on pipe, tube, and structural materials including stainless steel and specialty alloys

• Set up and operate welding machines, fixtures, and fabrication tools

• Conduct visual weld inspections and identify defects before work leaves the shop

• Maintain a clean, safe work environment in accordance with OSHA, 5S, and company safety procedures

• Participate in toolbox talks, safety audits, and related safety functions

• Identify and report unsafe acts or conditions immediately

• Work as a member of a cohesive team, mentoring less experienced members

• Display a high level of craftsmanship and strong work ethic in all tasks

What you will bring to the team

• Journey-level welding experience: a completed apprenticeship or recognized welding program, or a minimum of 10-15 years of consistent hands-on welding experience at a journey-level scope of work

• Proficiency in multiple welding processes including MIG, TIG, FCAW, and SMAW; experience welding in all positions including vertical and overhead

• 6G pipe welder certification is a strong plus

• Strong blueprint reading skills and ability to interpret weld symbols and fabrication drawings

• Experience with stainless steel, pressure pipe, or specialty materials is advantageous

• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred but not required

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy required to successfully complete assignments

• Communication skills for effective interaction with clients, the engineering team, and strategic partners; interpersonal and collaborative team-building skills required

• Must be physically able to lift heavy objects, work from heights, and operate in a shop fabrication environment

• Regular full-time employee, Monday through Friday 6:30am to 2:30pm

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including overtime as required
