Your Impact

Dedrone, by Axon, is a global leader in smart airspace security. Commercial, government, public safety and defence customers around the world rely on Dedrone’s comprehensive command-and-control (C2) solutions to protect against evolving drone threats while enabling authorised drone operations.
By leveraging AI/ML and integrating multiple sensors and mitigation technologies into a single operating picture, Dedrone enables customers to detect, track, identify, analyse and respond to drone activity. Solutions can be deployed on-premise, in air-gapped environments or in the cloud, supporting demanding defence, national security, public safety and critical-infrastructure missions.

This role will drive Dedrone’s growth across Central & Eastern Europe (CEE), with a particular focus on Poland, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Romania, Slovakia, Hungary. • Develop trusted relationships with local systems integrators, defence industry partners, technology partners, resellers and distributors, creating a scalable partner ecosystem across the region.

• Navigate complex government and defence procurement processes and develop opportunities from initial customer engagement and capability definition through demonstrations, trials, tenders and contract award.

• Position Dedrone solutions within broader C2, sensor, radar, electronic warfare, security and counter-UAS architectures, working with customers and partners to address operational requirements.

• Develop strategies and tactics to maximise opportunities created through existing Axon relationships, capabilities and networks across government, public safety and commercial markets.

• Represent Dedrone at relevant defence, security and public safety events across the wider CEE region, building senior-level relationships and strengthening Dedrone’s regional presence.

• Work closely with Dedrone and Axon sales, product, engineering and leadership teams across EMEA and globally on strategic opportunities, customer requirements and major programmes.

• Maintain a clear understanding of regional market developments, procurement programmes, competitors and evolving customer requirements, translating these insights into actionable commercial strategies.

What You Bring

• Strong knowledge of the Central Eastern Europe markets, national security or public safety ecosystem, including established relationships with relevant government, military, industry and integration partners.

• Experience developing opportunities involving government procurement, defence programmes, tenders, trials and multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

• Ability to engage credibly with customers at tactical, operational and strategic levels, from technical and operational users through to senior military, government and industry decision-makers.
