As our IT Product Owner, eCommerce, you will define, structure, prioritize and steer the IT Enablement backlog for the e-commerce domain, acting as a facilitator between technical teams, managers, architects and business stakeholders to turn IT needs into concrete, value-driving initiatives.
Your scope covers the IT Enablement products of the e-commerce domain:
• Platform & Operations (observability, monitoring, security solutions, CI/CD, upgrades, etc.)
• DevEx & Quality (development tools, QA tools, delivery tracking tools, dev/test environments, etc.)
• Engineering Productivity & Innovation (AI and automation, dashboards and reporting, productivity tools, etc.)
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Maintaining a consolidated, visible backlog and collecting needs from the different teams
• Structuring initiatives into Ideas, Epics, Features and User Stories, and ensuring requests are properly qualified and matured
• Ensuring alignment with the IT e-commerce domain's strategy and priorities, reducing fragmented backlogs through centralized prioritization
• Preparing prioritization sessions, assessing expected value, highlighting dependencies, and arbitrating between IT projects, technical maintenance, innovation initiatives and continuous improvement requests
• Running discovery phases, preparing the backlog for teams, and ensuring initiatives are sufficiently documented before kick-off
• Steering the request portfolio's progress and maintaining visibility on priorities and commitments
• Working with the Domain Architect to challenge proposed solutions, with Tech Experts and Developers to refine solutions and assess implementation effort, and with Team Leads to prepare initiatives
• Collaborating with domain managers on capacity, priority and strategy trade-offs, and supporting development and platform teams during execution
• Defining success metrics for initiatives and tracking adoption, productivity gains, quality improvements and operational performance gains
En tant que IT Product Owner, eCommerce, vous serez en charge de la définition, de la structuration, de la priorisation et du pilotage du backlog IT Enablement du domaine eCommerce, en agissant comme facilitateur entre les équipes techniques, les managers, les architectes et les parties prenantes métier afin de transformer les besoins IT en initiatives concrètes apportant de la valeur.
Votre périmètre couvre les produits IT Enablement du domaine eCommerce :
• Platform & Operations (observabilité, monitoring, solutions de sécurité, CI/CD, upgrades, etc.)
• DevEx & Quality (outils de développement, outils QA, outils de suivi de delivery, environnements de développement/test, etc.)
• Engineering Productivity & Innovation (IA et automatisation, dashboards et reporting, outils de productivité, etc.)
Vos principales responsabilités seront notamment de :
• Maintenir un backlog consolidé et visible, et recueillir les besoins des différentes équipes
• Structurer les initiatives sous forme d'Ideas, d'Epics, de Features et de User Stories, et assurer la qualification et la maturation des demandes
• Garantir l'alignement avec la stratégie et les priorités du domaine IT eCommerce, en réduisant la fragmentation des backlogs grâce à une priorisation centralisée
• Préparer les instances de priorisation, évaluer la valeur attendue, mettre en évidence les dépendances, et arbitrer entre projets IT, maintenance technique, initiatives d'innovation et demandes d'amélioration continue
• Organiser les phases de discovery, préparer le backlog pour les équipes, et garantir qu'une initiative est suffisamment documentée avant démarrage
• Piloter l'avancement du portefeuille de demandes et assurer la visibilité sur les priorités et les engagements
• Travailler avec le Domain Architect pour challenger les solutions proposées, avec les Tech Experts et Developers pour raffiner la solution retenue et évaluer l'effort d'implémentation, et avec les Team Leads pour préparer les initiatives
• Collaborer avec les managers du domaine sur les arbitrages capacité/priorité/stratégie, et accompagner les équipes de développement et de plateforme pendant l'exécution
• Définir les indicateurs de succès des initiatives et suivre l'adoption des solutions, les gains de productivité, les améliorations de qualité et les gains de performance opérationnelle
Qualifications
You are a strong match for this role if you bring:
• Around 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, with solid exposure to e-commerce environments and flows
• Strong technico-functional skills and a genuine understanding of development constraints and challenges
• Proven ability to build and structure an exhaustive backlog, prioritize effectively, and drive results
• Strong communication, cross-functional coordination and facilitation skills
• Intermediate English (B2) and a good level of French
• Interest in or knowledge of AI is a plus
