LinkedIn’s Channel Partner team is responsible for driving growth, engagement, and monetization globally by identifying, executing, and managing partnerships and strategic initiatives. We are looking for a Sr. Business Development Manager to work with our APAC partners to drive incremental value by communicating, supporting and proving the effectiveness of our solutions in support of our mission to help LinkedIn’s +1000M global members get jobs and help companies find the right talent.
The Sr. Business Development Manager will focus on growing our business with existing partners in the region while exploring opportunities to recruit new partners. You will be a key contributor to the strategy and execution of the business plan for the region and manage local stakeholder relationships with sales leaders.
This role will be based in Singapore.

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
Responsibilities:
• Support LinkedIn’s business objectives through partners in APAC (particularly Southeast Asia and Japan) and identify opportunities for revenue and performance improvement.
• Develop relationships at all levels with existing and new partners to pursue mutually valuable opportunity, aligned to LinkedIn’s ambitions in the region.
• Enable and encourage partners to drive incremental revenue and support customers’ success.
• Develop a strong understanding of market developments based on insights from partners and align with internal senior stakeholders.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
• 10+ years’ experience within Business Development, Customer Success OR Account Management related to Recruitment Ad Agency, Media Agency or Talent Market
• 6+ years’ experience in APAC markets (especially Southeast Asia and Japan)
• BA/BS degree or equivalent in a related field
Preferred Qualifications:
• Ability to manage strategic perspective and operational execution in parallel
• Experience carrying a revenue target with the ability to develop compelling strategies that deliver results
• Demonstrable relationship development skills
• Resilience and agility to manage ambiguity
• Demonstrable influence without authority
• Experience with data analysis, and making data-driven business decisions
