Job Description
• Manage service requests and business requirements related to systems and applications.

• Elicit, analyze, clarify, and document business needs from stakeholders.

• Conduct interviews and workshops to understand business objectives and requirements.

• Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative information to support decision-making.

• Perform impact assessments and evaluate the implications of proposed changes.

• Identify the appropriate application modules and solution areas where requirements can be implemented.

• Collaborate closely with development teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.

• Prepare and maintain functional documentation, user stories, and business requirements.

• Support requirement validation, testing, and solution acceptance activities.

• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and project meetings.

Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of Business Analysis experience.

• Experience working within software development projects and integrated application ecosystems.

• Strong requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation skills.

• Ability to assess business impact and translate business needs into functional requirements.

• Familiarity with Agile software development lifecycle and methodologies.

• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.

• Knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Telecom industry experience is considered an advantage.
