I. Job Summary / 工作简述
Supplier Development & Project Management for Casting & Machining Components: Lead supplier development, technical evaluation, and full-lifecycle project management for casting and precision machining parts in new product projects.
铸件与机加工零部件供应商开发与项目管理：负责新产品项目中铸造件及精密机加工零部件的供应商开发、技术评估及全生命周期项目管理。
Support New Product Development, Localization & Platform Transfers: Support new product development (PEP), localization, and production line transfers, ensuring procurement goals across Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Technology (QCDT) are met.
支持新产品开发、国产化及产品转移：支持新产品开发流程（PEP）、零部件国产化及产线转移项目，确保采购端在质量、成本、交付及技术（QCDT）全维度目标的达成。
Act as Cost Down Owner & Coordinator: As the designated Cost Down Owner, take end-to-end accountability for leading, coordinating, and executing ratio project planning (RPP), technical cost reduction (VAVE), localization savings, and commercial-technical negotiations for the business unit’s commodity scope.
作为降本主要责任人（Cost Down Owner）与跨部门协调者：作为业务单元在该品类范围内的核心降本责任人，统筹推进降本规划（RPP）、技术价值工程（VAVE）、国产化替代以及商务与技术层面的降本执行与闭环落地。

II. Job Responsibilities / 岗位职责
1. Project Management & Purchasing Coordination / 采购项目管理与跨部门协同
Project Coordination within Purchasing: Coordinate project deliverables within the global and local purchasing matrix (e.g., project timing tracking, regular milestone meetings with central/regional purchasing teams, close collaboration with plant project teams).
采购团队项目协调：在国内外采购矩阵体系内统筹项目交付（如项目进度跟踪与推进、与全球/本地采购团队定期召开项目状态会、与工厂项目组紧密协同）。
First Contact Person across Functions: Act as the primary purchasing interface for internal stakeholders (Development/ENG, Manufacturing/MOE, Process/TEF, and Quality/PUR-Q).
跨部门首要联络人：作为采购端对接内部各职能部门（研发设计、生产制造、工艺工程、质量管理等）的首要联络窗口。
External Procurement Goal Realization: Take responsibility for realizing external procurement goals in terms of Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Technology (QCDT) prior to SOP.
外部采购目标达成：全面负责量产（SOP）前外购零部件在质量、成本、交付与技术可行性（QCDT）维度的项目目标落地。
2. Supplier Development & APQP / 供应商开发与零部件项目推进
End-to-End Component Sourcing Management: Manage casting and machining part purchasing from concept to launch, including sourcing schedules, Supplier Quality Plans (SQP), Technical Specification Reviews (TSR), supplier feasibility confirmations, and tooling/process approvals.
全流程零部件开发管理：负责铸件与机加工件从概念到量产的采购开发全流程，包括制定零部件采购计划、供应商质量计划（SQP）、技术规范确认（TSR）、供应商可行性评估，以及模夹具和工艺审批。
Know-How Carrier for Commodity: Serve as the core know-how carrier for casting and machining processes (die casting gating/venting, alloy metallurgy, CNC machining cycles, clamping/tooling, heat & surface treatment), providing optimized supply chain and DFM solutions for new and redesigned parts.
品类技术专长承载者：担任铸造与机加工领域的专业Know-how承载者（如压铸浇排系统、金属材料学、数控加工节拍、装夹工装、热处理与表面处理），为新设计及工程变更零部件提供前沿的供应链及可制造性设计（DFM）优化方案。
Supplier Base Optimization: Support Commodity Purchasing (PUR) and Supplier Quality (PUR-Q) teams to continuously optimize the supplier footprint, enhance technical capability, and improve capacity flexibility.
供应商资源池优化：配合品类商务采购及质量团队，持续优化供应商梯队布局，提升供应商技术制造能力与产能弹性。
3. Cost Down Owner & Value Engineering / 降本责任人与价值工程
Cost Down Ownership (RPP / Cost Reduction): Act as the dedicated owner of cost-reduction targets for assigned parts; actively identify, evaluate, and drive cost-saving initiatives in close collaboration with cross-functional teams in China and overseas.
降本指标主要责任人（Cost Down Owner）：作为负责零件降本目标的直接责任人，主动挖掘、系统评估并强力推动各项降本举措的立项与执行，协同国内外跨职能团队实现节约效益。
Should-Cost & Clean Sheet Modeling: Perform bottom-up should-cost calculations for castings and machined parts (raw materials/ingot scrap balance, casting cycle time, machine tonnage rates, CNC cycle time, tooling/insert wear, scrap rates) to support target costing and negotiations.
成本透视与精细化核算：运用成本分析模型对铸件与机加工件进行拆解分析（毛坯原材料、熔炼损耗、成型周期、设备吨位费率、CNC加工工时、刀具工装折旧、制程废品率等），为目标成本制定与商务谈判提供精准的技术成本支撑。
VAVE & Technical Levers Execution: Lead value analysis and value engineering (VAVE) workshops (e.g., near-net shape optimization, machining allowance minimization, cycle time optimization, multi-cavity tooling upgrades, material substitution, localization).
价值工程与技术降本推进：主导VAVE研讨活动，落实各项技术降本抓手（如近净成形优化、减少切削加工余量、缩短加工节拍、优化多腔模具效率、材料替代、国产化替代等）。

Qualifications
Education / 学历背景:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Material Science / Metallurgy, Manufacturing Engineering, or related technical disciplines.
机械制造、材料科学/冶金学、材料成型及控制工程（铸造方向）或相关工科学士及以上学历。
Professional Experience / 工作经验:
Solid background in purchasing, supplier development, or manufacturing/process engineering, with proven project management experience.
具备扎实的采购、供应商开发或工艺技术工程背景，拥有成熟的项目管理经验。
Direct technical and commercial experience with casted and machined/turned components across related functional areas (PUE, MOE, TEF, ENG, etc.).
具备铸件及车铣加工零件的相关领域技术与商务实战经验（如项目采购、生产运营、工艺工程、产品设计等部门经验）。
Track record of acting as a project owner for cost reduction (RPP, localization, or design-to-cost projects).
具备主导降本项目（如RPP、零部件国产化或面向成本的设计降本）的成功实操经验者优先。
