Job Description
As a Team Leader within Bosch Group Business Services, you will take responsibility for leading our Contract Changes and EXIT teams, providing HR services across Hungary, the United Kingdom, the Czech Republic and Serbia.
You will lead a diverse team of approximately 23 associates and interns, combining strong people leadership with operational responsibility. A key focus of this position is creating a high-performing and engaged team while ensuring reliable service delivery and continuously improving, harmonizing and digitalizing our HR processes across countries.
We are looking for an experienced team leader who is confident in managing a larger team, developing colleagues and navigating complex operational and stakeholder situations in an international environment.
Your tasks:
► Lead, coach and develop a team of approximately 23 associates and interns, taking overall responsibility for their performance, engagement and professional development
► Create clear direction and priorities for the team, set performance expectations and ensure sustainable workload and resource management
► Conduct regular performance and development discussions and actively support talent development, succession planning and career growth
► Build a collaborative and accountable team culture where colleagues are empowered to take ownership and continuously develop
► Ensure high-quality and efficient delivery of Contract Changes and EXIT services across four countries
► Monitor operational performance, service quality, customer satisfaction and KPIs and take appropriate actions where improvement is required
► Drive the harmonization and standardization of HR processes across countries and Bosch locations
► Identify opportunities for automation, digitalization and process simplification and lead continuous improvement initiatives
► Manage operational escalations and complex cases and ensure appropriate solutions in cooperation with relevant stakeholders
► Build strong relationships with internal customers, HR stakeholders and regional and global teams
► Lead and support organizational and process changes, ensuring effective communication and successful implementation within the team

Qualifications
► Several years of substantial people leadership experience, including direct responsibility for managing and developing a larger team
► Proven track record in leading, coaching and developing employees, managing performance and building engaged, high-performing teams
► Experience in managing complex operations, preferably within HR Services, Shared Services, Business Services or a comparable service environment
► Demonstrated experience in successfully leading teams through organizational, operational or process-related changes
► Experience in process optimization, harmonization, standardization or automation initiatives
► Strong operational mindset with the ability to balance people leadership, service quality and business priorities
► Confident decision-making and problem-solving skills, including experience in handling escalations and complex stakeholder situations
► Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across different countries and organizational levels
► Structured, proactive and result-oriented working style with a high level of ownership
► Fluent English, both written and spoken
What gives you further advantages:
► Experience in leading an international or multi-country team
► Previous experience in HR Operations, employee lifecycle processes or HR Shared Services
► Experience with digitalization, automation or HR transformation projects
► Knowledge of HR systems and service management tools
► Czech language skills are not required, but are considered an advantage
