Job Description
This position is responsible for maximizing room revenue contribution through a thorough understanding of all booking channels and management of inventory and rate therein.

• Pricing & Revenue Strategy

Develop and optimize hotel pricing strategies, including BAR levels, restrictions, packages, and rate offers, ensuring alignment with market demand and distribution channels.

• Forecasting & Demand Management

Monitor booking pace, market demand, and historical trends to prepare accurate room and revenue forecasts and optimize availability and inventory controls.

• Distribution & Channel Management

Analyze distribution channels and consumer booking trends, ensuring rate integrity and the right offers are delivered to the right customer through the right channel.

• Market & Competitive Analysis

Monitor competitor pricing, market trends, and yield strategies to identify opportunities and support strategic decisions that maximize revenue performance.

• Revenue Planning & Performance Reporting

Collaborate with Sales & Marketing and relevant teams on strategic planning, budgeting, and business decisions; lead weekly Revenue Management Meetings and provide regular revenue updates and performance reports.

Qualifications
• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, with relevant experience in hotel Revenue Management, preferably in an international or multi-property environment.

• Revenue Management Expertise: Strong knowledge of hotel pricing, forecasting, demand management, inventory control, BAR strategies, distribution channels, and revenue optimization.

• Analytical & Commercial Skills: Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret market trends, competitor pricing, booking patterns, and performance data to support revenue decisions.

• Systems & Digital Skills: Proficient in Revenue Management Systems, PMS, CRS, Channel Manager, and other hotel commercial systems; strong Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.

• Communication & Leadership: Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations teams and lead Revenue Management meetings.

• Language: Good command of written and spoken English. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

Additional Information
• Supervise daily reception, check-in, check-out, and guest service workflows.

• Resolve guest concerns quickly, professionally, and with care.

• Train, coach, and schedule front office team members.

• Monitor room inventory, occupancy, and yield management to help drive revenue.

• Act as the shift leader or hotel representative when the manager is away.

• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure clean and ready rooms.
