<p>At Lalamove, we're looking for a Driver Growth &amp; Operations Manager to lead one of the most strategic areas of our marketplace: <strong>Driver Supply.</strong></p>
<p><strong>We're especially interested in candidates with experience scaling supply in high-growth marketplace businesses, where driver/partner acquisition, activation, fulfillment, marketplace health, and retention are key success metrics.</strong></p>
What You'll Do

• Own the Driver Supply strategy, driving sustainable marketplace growth.

• Lead initiatives to increase driver acquisition, activation, fulfillment, and retention.

• Optimize marketplace performance through data-driven decisions and operational improvements.

• Lead the Driver Operations team, delivering ambitious growth and service KPIs.

• Partner with regional stakeholders to launch strategic projects and scalable solutions.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Operations, Growth, Marketplace, Supply, or Strategy within technology, SaaS, or marketplace businesses.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business impact.

• Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and driving operational excellence.

• Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and enjoys solving complex business challenges.

• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience leading Operations, Marketplace, Growth, Supply, or Strategy teams in technology or marketplace businesses, SAS.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform data into actionable business decisions.

• Advanced Excel skills (SQL or BI tools are a plus).

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish.
