About the Role

This is a player-coach role for a sales manager who still loves to sell. You will lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives, while carrying your own pipeline and closing deals right alongside them. If you enjoy a high-visibility role with the flexibility to creatively manage your Account Executives to meet or beat quota, as well as set the standard by hitting quota yourself, this is the role for you.

Your Area of Focus

• Manage, lead, mentor and coach a team of Account Executives responsible for both inbound and outbound sales targets

• Sell and lead by example: Prospect, qualify, follow up, and close your own opportunities while demonstrating the sales standard expected by your team

• Empower the team to exceed quota every month by mastering our value proposition and sales process

• Create a high-performance culture rooted in accountability, coaching, and consultative sales excellence

• Oversee closing of inbound, warm leads as well as outbound prospecting and the creation of a sales pipeline

• Play a key role in increasing sales and giving our prospective customers an outstanding experience

• Help your team with deal strategies and assist with demos and calls when needed

• Develop reps professionally while preparing the next generation of Tebra’s sales leaders

• Work cross functionally with Marketing, Product, Implementation, and Support teams to ensure growth of Tebra product and increase customer satisfaction

• Consistently improve your team’s KPI’s (speed to lead, conversion rate, win rate, etc.)

• Utilize sales enablement and CRM tools to drive conversion and team success – i.e. OutReach and Salesforce

Your Professional Qualifications

• A minimum of 4 years experience in sales and prior experience managing or leading a sales team, with a track record of driven team results

• Ability to manage a sales team and coach them to surpass sales goals

• Mastery of the sales funnel from cold call through building customer advocates

• Superior consultative sales experience and experience managing a complex sales process with multiple gatekeepers

• Experience developing and coaching account executives and a track record for helping them exceed quota

• Command of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM (Salesforce)

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

• Success building strong and healthy sales teams with a focus on cultivating and maintaining a positive sales culture
