Recorded Future is seeking a strategic and operationally rigorous Director, Field Marketing, Americas to lead and scale a metrics-driven field marketing organization across North America, Latin America, and Public Sector. This leader will partner closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Demand Generation to create regional, territory-based, and account-focused marketing programs that accelerate pipeline creation, improve opportunity progression, and drive measurable revenue impact.

* This role requires working from the Recorded Future office in Boston, MA at least 3 days per week.

What You’ll Do:

Field Marketing Strategy, Execution, & Performance

• Develop and execute a scalable Americas field marketing strategy aligned to corporate revenue goals and the priorities of North America, LATAM, and Public Sector sales teams.

• Build integrated regional and territory marketing plans that support account penetration, opportunity acceleration, customer expansion, and pipeline generation.

• Partner directly with Americas sales leaders and Account Directors to align marketing programs with territory plans, target accounts, and whitespace opportunities.

• Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline by working closely with Sales and the Partner and Alliances organization on shared goals.

• Own the Americas partner marketing calendar and budget, tracking investment against pipeline and revenue impact.

• Set the operating rhythm for field events, executive engagement programs, webinars, partner initiatives, ABM campaigns, and industry activations across commercial and Public Sector markets.

• Establish a data-centric operating model with clear KPIs, dashboards, attribution models, and performance benchmarks.

• Define and operationalize metrics related to pipeline generation, revenue influence, account engagement, territory growth, conversion, pipeline velocity, and campaign ROI.

• Create a culture of accountability where investment decisions and program prioritization are driven by measurable business outcomes.

• Deliver regular business reviews, insights, and recommendations to executive leadership and Americas sales stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Serve as a strategic partner to North America, LATAM, and Public Sector sales leadership to drive territory development, pipeline generation, and revenue growth.

• Collaborate with Revenue Operations to identify whitespace accounts, underperforming territories, and growth opportunities across the Americas.

• Build repeatable frameworks that enable field marketers to proactively support pipeline creation and opportunity progression within their assigned markets.

• Improve marketing and sales alignment through shared planning, forecasting, and pipeline accountability.

• Partner closely with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Partner Marketing to deliver coordinated go-to-market programs.

• Ensure consistency in messaging, segmentation, campaign execution, attribution, reporting, and funnel visibility while adapting programs to regional and Public Sector market needs.

Team Leadership & Operational Excellence

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing field marketing team supporting North America, LATAM, and Public Sector.

• Design and scale the Americas field marketing organization, including clear regional ownership, responsibilities, and success measures.

• Hire strategically across field and partner marketing functions as the organization grows.

• Drive team performance and development in alignment with company OKRs and defined success metrics.

• Implement best practices for campaign planning, execution, measurement, and post-program analysis.

• Drive operational discipline in budgeting, forecasting, vendor management, and program optimization.

• Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring:

• 10+ years of B2B marketing experience in the security space, including significant experience leading field marketing teams.

• Proven success supporting enterprise sales organizations and delivering measurable pipeline and revenue impact.

• Experience developing regional marketing strategies across multiple markets, ideally including North America, LATAM, and Public Sector.

• Strong experience building metrics-based marketing frameworks and reporting methodologies.

• Deep understanding of enterprise SaaS, cybersecurity, threat intelligence, or related technology markets.

• Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment.

• Experience with ABM, territory planning, partner marketing, and integrated campaign execution.

• Strong analytical and operational mindset with expertise in marketing performance measure
