Job description
Secure Every Identity, from AI to Human
Identity is the key to unlocking the potential of AI. Okta secures AI by building the trusted, neutral infrastructure that enables organizations to safely embrace this new era. This work requires a relentless drive to solve complex challenges with real-world stakes. We are looking for builders and owners who operate with speed and urgency and execute with excellence.
This is an opportunity to do career-defining work. We're all in on this mission. If you are too, let's talk.
We are looking for a strategic, data-driven, and highly resourceful EMEA Digital Media Manager to own regional digital acquisition and paid media strategy across priority EMEA markets, including UKI, France, Germany, the Netherlands, and other key growth regions.
This is a manager-level individual contributor role with significant autonomy and regional ownership. You will translate global marketing strategy into an EMEA digital media plan, determine how investment should be deployed across markets and channels, and continuously optimize toward qualified demand, pipeline, and revenue outcomes.
This role requires more than strong platform execution. We are looking for someone who can develop a clear regional point of view, identify where performance is strong or weak, recommend where investment should shift, and influence senior regional and global stakeholders with data-backed recommendations.
The ideal candidate is a T-shaped digital leader who operates at the intersection of paid media, marketing technology, analytics, buyer behavior, and localization. You will use AI and automation to increase speed and scale while ensuring regional programs remain relevant to the local market and connected to measurable business outcomes.
What You Will Do
• Own EMEA Digital Media Strategy: Develop and lead the regional paid media strategy across priority EMEA markets, translating global priorities into market-specific investment, audience, channel, and activation plans.
• Manage Regional Investment & Performance: Own regional paid media budgets and recommend shifts across geographies, channels, campaigns, and buyer motions based on performance, pipeline contribution, and market opportunity.
• Lead Full-Funnel Digital Acquisition: Build and optimize integrated programs across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic Display, retargeting, content syndication, and ABM/ABX motions.
• Drive Regional Performance Strategy: Move beyond platform metrics to evaluate inquiry quality, qualified demand, opportunity creation, pipeline progression, and revenue impact, identifying where demand is—and is not—progressing.
• Develop a Regional Point of View: Surface trends and performance insights across EMEA and proactively recommend changes to targeting, media mix, creative, offers, and investment.
• Lead AI & Workflow Innovation: Identify and scale practical uses of generative AI and automation across localization, audience development, creative testing, campaign operations, analysis, and optimization.
• Influence Cross-Functional Stakeholders: Serve as the senior digital media partner to EMEA Field Marketing, Global Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, Sales Development, and global media teams.
• Advance Signal-Based Marketing: Incorporate intent, engagement, account, web, and CRM signals into media targeting and activation to improve buyer progression and investment efficiency.
• Own Measurement & Optimization: Partner with Marketing Operations and Analytics to strengthen conversion tracking, offline signal feedback, attribution, and platform optimization toward qualified business outcomes.
• Lead Localization & Vendor Strategy: Manage regional agencies and partners, ensuring localized campaigns achieve both cultural relevance and performance objectives while maintaining global brand standards.
• Drive Experimentation: Establish a regional test-and-learn roadmap across audiences, creative, channels, bidding strategies, and emerging media opportunities, translating results into scalable recommendations.
What You Will Bring
• Experience: 7+ years of experience in digital media, digital acquisition, or demand generation, ideally within a high-growth B2B technology or enterprise SaaS environment.
• EMEA Expertise: Demonstrated success managing digital programs across multiple European markets and navigating meaningful differences in buyer behavior, media ecosystems, language, and regulatory requirements.
• Strategic + Hands-On Capability: Ability to move comfortably between setting media strategy, analyzing performance, making investment recommendations, and going directly into platforms when needed.
• B2B Enterprise SaaS Expertise: Strong understanding of complex enterprise buying cycles and how paid media contributes across awareness, demand capture, pipeline creation, and opportunity progression.
• Investment Judgment: Experience managing meaningful media budgets and making data-bac
