About the position:

The Netskope Regional Sales Manager will come on board with the full support of the executive team. Based in Sydney, this senior sales professional will own a portfolio of key strategic accounts across the region (NSW), including enterprise organisations of 5,000+ employees and government entities.

This is an incredible opportunity for a sales professional who has a history of completely dominating their territory and who wants to make an impact on building the next iconic cloud and AI security company. You are an expert at mapping business solutions to the most complex security challenges of customers — including the new risks introduced by generative and agentic AI. You understand the competition and have the desire to win market share as Netskope extends its platform from cloud and data security into securing the entire AI ecosystem: users, applications, models, agents, and tools.

Responsibilities include:

• Prospect new accounts, generate interest, qualify, develop, and close new business across the region's key enterprise (5,000+ employee) and government accounts.

• Work independently to meet and exceed revenue targets and goals assigned to the territory.

• Build and maintain structured account and territory plans, including org/power charts, for all key strategic accounts.

• Apply MEDDPICC qualification discipline to prioritise opportunities and de-risk the pipeline.

• Identify, build, test, and leverage champions within customer buying committees to drive consensus and accelerate deal cycles.

• Deliver Netskope's New Business Meeting (NBM) narrative and lead Proof of Value (POV) engagements, aligning technical decision criteria to business outcomes.

• Negotiate and close at the Economic Buyer level, balancing commercial terms to protect margin and timeline.

• Maintain accurate monthly forecasting (commit, upside, pipeline) and provide reliable visibility to sales leadership.

• Stay current on Netskope's full AI product portfolio — including Netskope One AI Security (Agentic Broker, AI Gateway, AI Guardrails, and AI Red Teaming) — and articulate how these capabilities secure agentic AI, MCP-based agent-to-data interactions, private/self-hosted LLMs, and generative AI use across customer environments.

• Use AI tools to improve personal productivity and customer conversations, and position Netskope's AI Index and AI Security Playbook as part of the customer conversation on AI risk and governance.

• Partner cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Channel, and Marketing to progress and close opportunities.

• Focus on new account acquisition alongside customer satisfaction and retention within the existing account base.

Job Requirements:

• 7+ years of a successful track record selling cybersecurity and networking technologies, including network security technologies such as Proxies, Next Generation Firewalls (NGFW), SSL/IPSec, VPNs, SSO, DLP and Encryption gateways, and growing a territory.

• Senior sales professional with a strong personal network across enterprise and government accounts in the region (NSW); pre-existing customer relationships preferred.

• Current or recent experience at a competing security, networking, or SASE/SSE vendor strongly preferred.

• Exceptional track record of success with consultative sales of complex enterprise software solutions to C-level executives and Economic Buyers in F1000 and large public sector accounts.

• Verifiable track record of exceeding quota year after year, with strong forecasting discipline.

• Demonstrated fluency in modern enterprise sales methodology, including MEDDPICC, champion-based selling, and structured POV execution.

• Experience establishing and fostering strong Channel Partner relationships; pre-existing relationships with key resellers in the region is a mu
