About The Team
The Marketing Planning and Operations function sets the standard for how marketing is planned and executed at Life360. The team is responsible for long-term planning and budgeting, ensuring alignment across the organization and that the right strategies and processes are in place to achieve company objectives. Operating cross-functionally within the marketing organization, this group maintains a holistic view of initiatives and priorities, enabling it to inform marketing strategy and support the execution of both short- and long-term goals.
About the Job
Life360's marketing org has grown fast — spanning B2C and B2B, multiple international markets, and a widening set of specialist teams — and we're ready to build the planning and budget infrastructure that matches that scale. We're hiring a Marketing Planning & Operations Director, reporting to the VP Integrated Marketing, to build that infrastructure: a single source of truth for the budget, a planning cadence every team can rely on, and workflows that replace ad hoc coordination. Within your first year, success means marketing leadership has one real-time view of spend and priorities and every team knows exactly how their work connects to the plan.
The US-based salary range for this position is $137,000 to $252,000. We take into consideration an individual's background, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience in determining final salary. Base pay may also vary based on geographic location, with US work locations falling into one of three geographic tiers.
Total compensation is inclusive of equity compensation in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits.

• Partner across all marketing functions—including Creative, Lifecycle, PMM, Paid Ads, and Integrated Marketing—to evaluate team operations, bridge cross-functional gaps, and establish unified workflows, templates, and processes that optimize execution and drive integrated performance.
