Primary Duties and Responsibilities
1.Strategy Implementation & Process Optimization

• Translate the company quality strategy and annual targets into detailed execution plans for the finished goods quality team.

• Establish and continuously optimize the end‑to‑end closed‑loop quality management system covering the full lifecycle of finished goods; define responsibilities, authorities, control standards and operational procedures for each phase, and enable effective execution from strategy to delivery.

• Continuously improve management and communication workflows to enhance operational efficiency, resolving pain points such as unclear role definition, fragmented multi‑party interfaces and management gaps.

2.End‑to‑End Finished‑Goods Quality Oversight

• Take overall ownership of quality management across all finished‑goods business modules, covering full‑scope scenarios including supplier quality system assessment and capability enhancement, new product development, pilot‑run validation, mass‑production control, finished‑goods inspection, batch release, non‑conforming material disposition, and closed‑loop resolution of consumer complaints.

3.Business Decision‑making and Efficiency Trade‑off

• Own core quality decisions for the finished‑goods module, including risk assessment of supplier quality systems, quality deviation evaluation, non‑conforming material disposition, as well as risk review and adjudication for potential product quality issues.

• Govern internal decision‑making criteria, nimbly balance quality compliance baseline against business delivery timelines, and effectively support the company’s business growth requirements.

4.Cross‑Functional Alignment & Stakeholder Liaison

• Act as the primary internal and external interface for finished‑goods quality; routinely engage key stakeholders including R&D, Procurement, Planning & Logistics, and suppliers to efficiently drive day‑to‑day activities for the quality function.

• Facilitate communication on new‑product quality design, corrective actions for critical quality issues, closed‑loop management of consumer complaints, and response to finished‑goods supplier quality incidents. Unify communication output criteria to mitigate information discrepancy and improve overall collaboration efficiency.

5.Risk Control & Continuous Improvement

• Leverage quality KPI monitoring and issue retrospectives to enable proactive risk early‑warning and pre‑emptive intervention, so as to mitigate quality incidents, consumer complaints and brand reputation damage.
